Chakra Healing: Release Blocked Energy & Activate Self-Healing
Your back has been hurting for years without any medical explanation. You feel constantly exhausted, even though you get enough sleep. In conversations, you're at a loss for words, and creative ideas that once bubbled up effortlessly seem to have dried up. Or you have a vague feeling that something inside you feels "stuck" — but you can't name it. These are not coincidences. These are blocked chakras.
As a direct descendant of Merlin, I have worked with the human subtle energy system for over three decades. What modern medicine dismisses as "psychosomatic" or "idiopathic" is often crystal-clear from a spiritual perspective: one or more chakras are blocked, and the life energy — in the Merlin tradition we call it "Nwyfre" — can no longer circulate freely. The result is not "just" an energetic problem, but a holistic one: body, mind, and soul fall out of balance.
What Are Chakras Really? Beyond the Esoteric Hype
Chakras are not colorful castles in the air and not Instagram-worthy rainbow images. Chakras are real, measurable vortex points in the human subtle energy body — comparable to transformers that absorb universal life energy, convert it into the body's own frequencies, and transmit it to the associated organs, glands, and nerve plexuses. The druidic tradition from which Merlin came knew this system millennia before it reached the West through Indian sources.
Each of the seven main chakras is associated with a specific life theme. When it is in balance, you feel secure, powerful, and in flow in that area. When it is blocked — whether by trauma, unprocessed emotions, negative foreign energies, or spiritual attacks — it manifests as a physical symptom, emotional imbalance, or recurring life problem. The art of chakra healing consists of precisely recognizing which chakra stores what, and then cleansing and recalibrating it with precision.
The 7 Main Chakras: Symptoms, Blockages, and Healing Approaches
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) — Your Connection to the Earth
Location: Base of the spine, perineum. Color: Deep red. Theme: Security, survival, grounding, basic trust.
Blockage symptoms: Constant existential fears, the feeling of "not belonging here," chronic money worries regardless of actual bank balance, unexplained pain in the lower back or legs, weakened immune system. People with a root chakra blockage often feel as if the ground is being pulled out from under their feet — and this is exactly what the energetic reality reflects.
Healing approach: Walking barefoot on natural ground (earthing), eating red root vegetables (beets, radishes), root chakra meditation with the mantra "LAM," heavy physical work like gardening or chopping wood.
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) — Your Creative Center
Location: Lower abdomen, about a hand's width below the navel. Color: Orange. Theme: Creativity, sexuality, joy of life, emotional fluidity.
Blockage symptoms: Creative blocks ("I have no more ideas"), sexual apathy or the opposite — compulsive sexuality, emotional numbness or uncontrolled emotional outbursts, problems with reproductive organs, addictive behavior. The sacral chakra often stores sexual trauma and deep shame — topics our society prefers to repress.
Healing approach: Creative expression without pressure to perform (painting, dancing, singing), conscious pleasure (a warm bath, good food, sensual touch), sacral chakra meditation with the mantra "VAM," flowing movements like hip circles or belly dancing.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) — Your Power Plant
Location: Upper abdomen, pit of the stomach. Color: Golden yellow. Theme: Willpower, self-confidence, personal power, assertiveness.
Blockage symptoms: Chronic "gut feeling of powerlessness," indecisiveness, the feeling of being controlled by others, digestive problems (especially irritable bowel), low self-esteem, difficulty saying "no." The solar plexus is the seat of your personal power — when it is blocked, you feel as if others determine your life.
Healing approach: Soaking up sunlight (at least 20 minutes daily), abdominal breathing, yellow foods (corn, bananas, lemons), solar plexus meditation with the mantra "RAM," consciously setting and enforcing boundaries.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) — The Bridge Between Heaven and Earth
Location: Center of the chest. Color: Green (sometimes also pink). Theme: Love, compassion, connection, forgiveness, self-acceptance.
Blockage symptoms: Inability to trust, chronic loneliness despite social contacts, relationships that always fail at the same point, cardiovascular problems, shoulder and neck tension, the feeling of not being "lovable." The heart chakra is the center of the entire chakra system — it connects the lower, body-related chakras with the upper, spiritual ones. A heart blockage therefore always affects the whole person.
Healing approach: Self-love practice (daily in front of the mirror: "I love and accept myself completely"), seeking out green nature (forest bathing), heart chakra meditation with the mantra "YAM," forgiveness work — forgiving others and yourself, wearing rose quartz on the chest.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) — Your Voice of Truth
Location: Larynx, throat area. Color: Sky blue. Theme: Communication, self-expression, authentic truth, creative expression through speech.
Blockage symptoms: Constant lump in the throat, slips of the tongue in important moments, chronic sore throat or thyroid problems, the feeling of "not being heard," difficulty expressing your own opinion. The throat chakra often stores what you never spoke aloud — suppressed anger, unspoken truths, swallowed tears.
Healing approach: Singing (alone, without an audience — just toning), conscious journaling (three pages of free writing every morning), throat chakra meditation with the mantra "HAM," blue foods (blueberries, plums), speaking a difficult truth you have long held back.
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) — Your Inner Seeing
Location: Between the eyebrows, slightly above. Color: Indigo. Theme: Intuition, inner wisdom, imagination, clairvoyance, clarity.
Blockage symptoms: Decisions that consistently turn out to be wrong, even though they seemed rationally sound, lack of intuition, headaches in the forehead area, sleep disorders, nightmares, feeling of disorientation in life. The third eye is your inner compass — when it is blocked, you wander through life as if in dense fog.
Healing approach: Candlelight meditation (gaze at the flame until it blurs), keeping a dream journal, regular digital detox phases (especially in the evening), third eye meditation with the mantra "OM," listening to your first impulses and trusting them.
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) — The Connection to the Divine
Location: Crown of the head. Color: Violet to white. Theme: Spirituality, higher consciousness, unity experience, life purpose, deep inner peace.
Blockage symptoms: Deep crisis of meaning, cynicism, spiritual emptiness ("This can't be all there is"), chronic fatigue and lack of drive, migraines, feeling of isolation and separation, light sensitivity. A crown chakra blockage feels as if the connection to the universe's power outlet has been severed — you're only running on reserve.
Healing approach: Silence (just sitting, doing nothing, no distractions), conscious prayer or meditation, crown chakra meditation with the mantra "NG" (silent OM), time in nature at sunrise or sunset, reading spiritual texts that truly touch you, placing violet amethyst stones on the crown.
The Merlin Tradition of Chakra Healing
In the druidic tradition that Merlin founded, chakra work is not an intellectual matter, but a direct energetic process. Unlike the classical Indian chakra teaching, which considers and treats each chakra individually, the Merlin tradition works from the very beginning with the entire energy current. The basic principle: chakras are not isolated wheels, but stations of a coherent river system. A blockage in the root chakra inevitably affects all the way up to the crown chakra — and vice versa.
In my energy healing practice, I use several powerful methods for this:
The Merlinic Chakra Scan
In contrast to questionnaires or pendulum tests, which often indicate what you already know anyway, the chakra scan is a direct energetic reading process. To do this, I enter an expanded state of consciousness and read your chakra system like an open book — each chakra in its actual rotation speed, color purity, and energy quality. What comes to light regularly surprises even longtime spiritual practitioners: a chakra you thought was "open" turns out to be energetically "rotating backwards" (a sign of chronic energy loss), another shows itself to be overactive and "burning through" (a pattern that often leads to burnout).
Nwyfre Channeling
Nwyfre — the Celtic-druidic word for the universal life energy — is channeled directly through me into your chakra system in this technique. It is not a visualization or imagination, but a real energy transfer that you will feel physically: warmth, tingling, pressure change, sometimes a feeling of "flowing light." Nwyfre channeling works like an energetic pressure washer — it flushes stagnant energy out of the blocked chakras and restores their natural direction of rotation.
Advanced Chakra Recalibration
Some blockages are so deeply rooted — from this or previous lives — that simple cleansing is not enough. Then the affected chakra must be recalibrated: its fundamental vibration is reset to the original, healthy frequency. This technique is demanding and requires a stable spiritual connection to the Merlin lineage, because during recalibration the chakra is particularly vulnerable. In my practice, I have resolved even cases with it that had been given up by other healers and therapists.
Chakra Self-Healing: 5 Practices You Can Start Right Now
Not every chakra work requires a professional. There are effective practices you can apply daily. They do not replace deep chakra recalibration, but they keep your system in flow and resolve lighter blockages:
1. The Morning Chakra Shower (5 Minutes)
Stand under the shower — or visualize it — and imagine golden light flowing from your crown through each chakra. Begin at the crown chakra and work your way down. Pause briefly at each chakra and say aloud or inwardly: "[Chakra name], I cleanse you. Everything that does not serve my highest good is now flushed out." End the shower at the root chakra and imagine the flushed-out energy flowing through the soles of your feet into the earth, where it is neutralized.
2. Chakra Color Breathing (10 Minutes)
Sit upright and breathe deeply into your belly. With each inhalation, imagine breathing pure, colored energy into the respective chakra — starting with red for the root chakra to violet for the crown chakra. Hold the breath briefly while the color permeates the chakra. Exhale and see a gray cloud of stagnant energy leaving the body. Seven breaths per chakra. This practice is astonishingly powerful because it directly connects the physical respiratory system with the subtle chakra system.
3. The Chakra Sound Bath
Each chakra has a specific sound — a so-called Bija mantra. When you intone these mantras in the correct order, you set your entire chakra system into vibration: LAM (root) → VAM (sacral) → RAM (solar plexus) → YAM (heart) → HAM (throat) → OM (third eye) → NG (crown). Let each tone resonate for at least 30 seconds and feel where it resonates in the body. If a tone sounds "off" or unpleasant, or you can barely produce it — that is exactly where the strongest blockage sits.
4. Chakra Nutrition
Your food carries not only physical but also energetic information. You can purposefully "feed" each chakra: beets and strawberries for the root chakra, oranges and pumpkin for the sacral chakra, bananas and corn for the solar plexus, green leafy vegetables for the heart chakra, blueberries for the throat chakra, eggplants and blackberries for the third eye, fresh air and pure water for the crown chakra (yes, fasting also nourishes the crown chakra).
5. Chakra Journal
Keep a journal for a week in which you dedicate one day to each chakra. On root chakra day, write down everything related to security, money, and home. On heart chakra day, document all encounters, feelings, and thoughts on the topic of love and connection. What you see after a week is a precise energetic X-ray of your current state — without having done a single meditation.
When You Need Professional Chakra Healing
The methods mentioned above are powerful — but they have limits. There are situations in which self-work is no longer enough and you risk doing more harm than healing:
- You have been practicing for months and nothing changes substantially
- After chakra work, you feel strangely drained instead of energized
- You experience uncontrolled emotional outbursts during or after practice
- You sense a foreign presence in your energy field — as if something is actively blocking your healing
- A particular chakra "feels dead" — you feel absolutely nothing, no matter what you do
- You suspect foreign energetic influences (curses, possessions, energy vampirism)
In these cases, professional spiritual guidance is needed. A blocked chakra that is forcibly opened can act like a dam break — the energy dammed up behind it floods the system and causes an energetic crisis. In my practice, I have caught many clients who had experienced exactly that. Chakra healing is powerful, but it requires respect and experience.
As a descendant of Merlin, I offer comprehensive energy healing that combines chakra work with curse removal and spiritual counseling. Because often a chakra blockage is not the cause, but only the symptom of a deeper spiritual problem — an unresolved curse, a karmic residue, or a demonic attachment. Those who only treat the symptom will never truly become healthy.
